Our Story
Better Batter was founded by two sisters with a shared love for baking
and creating treats that feel specia. What started as a way to bring joy to our own kitchen turned into a brand built on passion, creativity, and a serious sweet tooth.
We bake desserts that don’t just look good — they taste like a warm hug. From intensely fudgy brownies to perfectly chewy cookies and custom cakes made to impress, everything is crafted with the best ingredients and lots of heart.
Rooted in Hamburg and inspired by flavors we grew up with, our mission is simple: to make everyday moments a little more special and a whole lot sweeter.

Frequently asked questions
When will I get my order?
We ship every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure your treats arrive fresh and fast. Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days across Germany.
How long do the products stay fresh?
Cookies & Brownies stay fresh for up to 5 days at room temperature. If you're saving them for later, you can freeze and reheat them - they'll still taste incredible. Spoonables should always be kept in the fridge and enjoyed within 4 days. They're cold, creamy, and not meant for shelf life
Do you ship cakes across Germany?
Nope, cakes are for local pickup in Hamburg only.
They're delicate little divas and don’t like to travel far.
Can I pre-order for a special date?
Yes, you can! Just add a note at checkout or contact us through Instagram or email, and we'll do our best to match your date.
Do you include gift notes?
Absolutely! Just write your message at checkout - we’ll handwrite it on a cute little card. Sweet treats + sweet words = perfect gift.
Can I customize my order?
Some of our treats can be customized - like message cookies or special box combos. Just slide into our DMs or email us and we’ll see what we can do!
Do you offer vegan/gluten-free options?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned - and if you have specific needs, feel free to reach out. We love a baking challenge.
